Where can I view my account information? 

You can find any information you need about your account or your subscription in your account home. Simply log into your account to be directed to your account home or click on “My Account” from the top menu bar at any time to access your account home when already logged in. In your account home, you’ll find links to change your email address or password, update your contact information, change the credit or debit card you want to use, or check your next bill date.

What should I do if I forgot my password? 

If you forget your password, you can have your account reset with a new password that will be emailed to you. Click the “Forgot your password?” link under “My Account” to reset your password, then check your email inbox for the new password. The next time you log on, use this new password. You can then change to the password of your choice by visiting your Account home. Look on the top menu bar and click on“My Account.” Log into your account and click on “Change My Password.” Enter your old password in the first field, your new password in the second, and confirm the password in the third password field. Finally, click the “Change My Password Now” button at the bottom.

What should I do if I can't log in? 

If you have trouble logging in, first try resetting your password by clicking “My Account”. A new password will be emailed to the address you provided. The next time you log on, use this new password. You can then change to the password of your choice by visiting your account settings.

If you have a firewall or anti-virus software, it may be blocking your access to the website. You’ll need to add LearnCapoeira.com as a trusted site (see our question about firewalls and anti-virus software). You also must have cookies enabled to use our site (see our question about cookies).

How do I update my email address? 

You can update your email address through the LearnCapoeira website in your account management tools. Look on the top menu bar and click on “My Account.” Log into your account and click on “Update My Account Profile.” Find the “Email address” field and enter your new email address. Finally, click the “Save My Profile Now” button at the bottom. Your email address will now be updated.

How can I remove myself from your email list? 

You can change whether you receive our emails at any time in your Account home. Look on the top menu bar and click on “My Account.” Log into your account and click on “Update My Account Profile.” Click on the drop-down under the “Newsletter” field to unsubscribe. Be sure to click on the “Save My Profile Now” button at the bottom.
